6. Account Closure & Suspension

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• In cases of suspected fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Attempting to manage multiple accounts.
• Failing to provide the necessary documents for KYC verification.
• Harassing other users or engaging in misconduct.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Users may also request the closure of their Bettekka account. In such cases, any remaining balance (where applicable and subject to all conditions being met) will be refunded.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy
